    Maidenhead Inventories provides professional inventory reports, check-in and check-out reports, and mid-term inspections for residential rental properties. These services help landlords, property managers, and estate agents accurately document the condition and contents of properties at various stages of the tenancy.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees.
  • What is included in an inventory report?
    Our inventory report includes a comprehensive record of the property's condition and contents, such as walls, flooring, fixtures, furniture, appliances, and other key elements. Each item is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and documented, ensuring a clear record that helps in case of any disputes or maintenance concerns.
  • How long does the inspection take?
    The inspection time depends on the size of the property and the level of detail required, but generally, it takes between 1 to 3 hours. Larger properties or those with extensive furnishings may require additional time.
  • How soon will I receive the report?
    We aim to deliver all inventory reports within 24 to 48 hours after the inspection. The report will be sent to your email in a digital format (usually PDF) for easy access and sharing.
  • What information do I need to provide for the report?
    We’ll need the property address, access arrangements, and any specific details about the property that should be noted (e.g., recent repairs, valuable items). You may also provide us with any specific instructions if there are areas or items to be highlighted in the report.
  • What is your refund policy?
